      The people are great. Tons of opportunity to learn. Medical Manufacturing experience.

      Cons

      Either too much oversite or too little. Not very much direction for new hires. Poor work culture

      Pros

      The engineers are good to work with.

      Cons

      There is a lot of turnover of engineers here because managers are incompetent and blame you for their mistakes. Engineers are expected to work 50-60 hours/week. They lied to me in my interview about time commitment . . . do not trust anything they tell you in the interview. Avoid the trouble and DO NOT interview here . . . If you do take a job here, CONTINUE LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB and take the first one you can get. . . eventually they will ask for more and more hours and blame you for their mistakes. Benefits were very bad too.

      Messy Management And Bad Employee

      Pros

      Supervisor do not force you for your job.

      Cons

      Specially, European Americans hate Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Asians. I have seen Lots of racism among European American men who do not do their hell job but they like to complain against others.
