      Pros

      Good amount of overtime available and high starting PTO

      Cons

      Pay increases are a joke, health insurance plans are costly to employees. Management does not seem to understand the machining side of the business. Does not value employees and consider them to be easily replaced.

      Co-workers are great and make working here enjoyable. You feel good about working here knowing what you're making is helping people.
