      Pros

      It’s fine. It’s a job. The Quality Manager is top notch.

      Cons

      Unfortunately in the change from Greatbatch to Integer to core values just... didn’t transfer. I’m sure it will work out over time.

      Pros

      Great PTO, flexible working hours, great people that you work with, great culture

      Cons

      Do not offer steady pay raises or compensation. Pay below the market. Are behind in a lot of digital initiatives but I beleive they are taking efforts to curb that.

      Smart People, Interesting Work, Bad Culture

      Pros

      Some of the smartest people I have worked with. Very competitive compensation.

      Cons

      Bad work life balance, very demanding, high stress. Lots of turnover at all levels. Difficulty committing to a course of action at senior management levels.
