      Pros

      Good place to gain experience and start a career. I worked with some amazing people who I learned from and respected. Great PTO package.

      Not worth risking my well being for.

      Cons

      -Horrible culture. Fellow coworkers have been threatened to leave or be physically hurt by others and management didn't care. -Favoritism has played into the culture. Because of this the supervisors had given violent coworkers a sense of power and entitlement. -High school environment, professionalism doesn't exist here.
