      Gaining experience and leaving after a year or two. Spending serious time at Integer and hoping things will change is a the definition of insanity and will only get worse over time.

      Cons

      A wise man once said, “get a filter or be a filter”. It is common to be exposed to cutting oil, toxic chemicals and lubricants in the air from machining medical components.
