Lack of communication between management and some employees, VERY high favoritism with management, if your not one of the favorites that kisses butt to management or in a group that gets away with things your not supposed to do because it’s idk the RULES then you get treated like crap! Same with if your a good worker you go above and beyond your job like me!! I’ll be lucky if I get to hear a good job once in a blue moon, been there a few years now and people walking in the door making or around the SAME amount as me getting full benefits, pto, just ridiculous I Started of as a temp at $10-$11/ hour had to work for my time, work my but off for what so joe schmo sitting next to me can make the same amount and if your a trainer get nothing extra for it management/higher ups say there gonna look into things never hear back! No HR on 3rd shift have to wait an hour or two after your shift to talk the then that’s if they come in who knows? Because I don’t 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️

No organisation Bullying- disgusting how people have been spoke to and treated. Example person A went with a complaint about person B to supervisor and was told they needed to get their mental health checked. Needed a physic assessment.Disgusting. Can't be sick- will be held against you Cant be ever late - held against you No accountability in the place for products. HR who are they? where are they? what are they doing about anything? Hire more nationalitys then irish. Not a equel company. Their language your told is first and only English to be only spoke on site one if the first things told in induction and yet no English spoke by anyone unless ur irish very rude and ignorant. Their is no equal playing field you are only liked unless you hit high targets or help a supervisor fix their problems because they can't do their jobs. No cleaners working most of the time. Never get a bonus for meeting targets or just even a thank you for doing a good job, didt even get a paid day off for the vaccinations every other medical device company did, not even a bonus for working through a pandemic like every other company did. Staff thats their more then 5 years couldt give a hula about the work or job they do and are actually the biggest problem to the quality of products. Machines aret being serviced enough they are runny day and night and being fixed by unqualified engineer's accident waiting to happen. No procedures being followed and all out dated anyway. No proper training because nobody was trained correctly in the first place. Unqualified staff in positions they should have never been given. Wont give position to people with knowledge or experience for the roles. More staff leave then stay. HR blame supvisors vise versa so ya can never challenge them.
