      Good vacation time and good salarys

      Cons

      Very Poor Management.Dont practice the values they expect from employees.the Covid 19 has shown how much this company really does not value it's employees.they stopped any match of 401 they continue to push production while laying people off and not paying for unused vacation time .no integrity.

      Pros

      Managers always had open doors in the facility I worked, as well as others I visited around the US. Communication was considered a very important aspect for the success of the business as was employee empowerment. Personal improvement was always accessible.

      Cons

      The company underwent two ownership changes in 1 year and a was segmented (partially sold) 1-2 years later. Medical benefits and plans changed, personally, to the bad side for the employee. Good people left after ownership changes, mainly due to uncertainty.

      Pros

      The company is truly focused on it's customers. I've worked places before, where the motto was customer first but in reality was customer last. At Integer, we do put the customer first and make every effort to create win/win solutions. There's plenty of growth opportunities here and the new leadership is refreshing!

      Cons

      IT solutions/policies are out of date. Expense reimbursement policy is dated.
