The people I work with on a daily basis are wonderful. Everyone here believes in team work and will drop what they are doing to help another member of the team. Management and Engineering staff are super supportive.

Quite honestly none as of yet.

Cons

Unrealistic work timeline. Not enough support people for the growing production line. Support personal should be paid more fairly. Some are less then workers on the floor.
