Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent vacation time to start, along with flexibility of your PTO. Good pay & plenty of overtime. The facility is spotless along with a small gym and a cafeteria that has a kitchen that makes homemade meals. Everyone is friendly and everyone treats each other with respect. And the company takes real interest in trying to help me succeed with my goals within the company. Not much more you could ask for in a company.
Cons
Health insurance could be a little better and 401K company contributions could use an increase. But they are at industry standard.
