Pros

First of all I actually enjoy what I do, which makes my time at work a lot easier. People in my immediate group and around are very nice and helpful. Since I’m new, trainings are important, and I think trainers do a very good job passing down the knowledge.

Cons

Communication sometimes comes across as a problem which makes it difficult for everyone to be on the same page. In my opinion, a lot of the equipment we work with could be updated. And lastly, some of the work instructions are a bit confusing and it makes it hard to be trained.

Pros

Excellent vacation time to start, along with flexibility of your PTO. Good pay & plenty of overtime. The facility is spotless along with a small gym and a cafeteria that has a kitchen that makes homemade meals. Everyone is friendly and everyone treats each other with respect. And the company takes real interest in trying to help me succeed with my goals within the company. Not much more you could ask for in a company.

Cons

Health insurance could be a little better and 401K company contributions could use an increase. But they are at industry standard.

Bureaucracy is heavy within management ranks. Constantly fighting with them to get things done in time.
