Not sure other than you get paid every two weeks and you don't have to do very much to have a career here
Cons
Lazy people, and if you try and discipline your lazy and unskilled people then the people above you want your hide. a lot of cut throat activity quality and pride in doing a good job doesn't exist. lots of turn over and very low skill level even in an executive role, skin color helps at review time and will help you keep your job, I wouldn't use the product made here not a chance I was amazed at the below average knowledge and skill level of the leadership here lots of big words very little real knowledge and experience I guess this is why manufacturing make hundreds of parts to get 1 good one and our quality dept. well look at the leaders and you know we don't really understand quality
