High expectations with marginal rewards, Management completely out of touch with reality.

Peers were great to work with.

Cons

Management completely out of touch with reality, weekly meetings with upper management were hysterical, peers would joke about what we were told during these meetings as compared to the reality of what we had to work with. There was absolutely no faith that management knew what they were talking about or what direction we were given by them. The company fails to learn by their mistakes, front line employees know all about the disasters we are headed into, but management ignores the facts and continues to forge forward on this mis-information.

Collagen products are innovative and life saving. For burns there is not a better product on the market than Integra.

Cons

High rep turnover rate. Back orders on core products - like collagen Indifferent Management team at the top (during my time there)

Pros

Given many opportunites to learn different aspects of the medical industry. Integra allows you to expeirence many different areas you normally wouldn't in a larger company.

Cons

If you need structure, Integra is not the place for you. The training here is horrible and you will spend many hours training yourself on how to do somthing. The turnover is high. The benefits aren't very good. They expect 50-60 hours a week out of you
