After being employed for over a year at Integra LifeSciences, I can confidently say there's no place I'd rather be. I am grateful for the opportunity to be employed with this company as they have shown on numerous occasions that their employees are one of their greatest assets. One instance of many was when the company decided to retroactively pay their employees for the month of July 2020. This small pay cut was put into place in order to preserve jobs throughout Integra. --Not many can say their employer not only saved their job during COVID, but also reinstated pay. This company has taught me the importance of teamwork and embracing change especially during this challenging year. I am thoroughly impressed with the quick call to action and decisiveness the company portrayed when facing the virus. I look forward to continuing my employment with Integra for years to come.

Nice location beside shopping centre.

Cons

management/leader are awful. Non people person. Pretends they are trying to make things better for employees but its all just talk. No internal promotion to management in all my years there. Always bring in outsiders for management roles who end up leaving or being fired!. Salary is a joke. You would earn more in McDonalds. Dont go near the place.
