      flex time but thats about it

      flexible work schedule, but it has to be kept secret

      Cons

      upper management is clueless compensation and bonus are very low no one can talk about things openly, ex layoffs happened but its a big secret and we cant even ask who was let go decisions are made blindly NO open door policy treated like children here where you cant ask questions

      Amazing products, especially on the collagen side of the business.

      Cons

      Horrible executive and senior leadership, regardless of the site. Short-sighted business decisions. No attempt to solve problems. They like to put band-aids on gunshot wounds.
