      Growing company - Don't trust executive team

      Pros

      Growing companies. Investing new local HQ's. Improved a lot of the last 5 years. Becoming better to work for.

      Cons

      Executive management cannot be trusted. Second half of 2018 said we are growing and we can't recruit fast enough. Hitting all financials targets. Jan 2019 laid off 10% of workforce

      Pros

      Co-workers are great to work with and overall culture from mid-level down seems positive.

      Cons

      They preach transparency, but don't practice. HR has proven to be unresponsive with little to no feedback. Upper management, senior level stone cold and unauthentic. Don't expect loyalty and watch for red flags. Zero stability and low level of engagement.

      Pros

      Some coworkers are extremely friendly and were part of the reason I did not leave quicker. The work is challenging and different daily, which I enjoy.

      Cons

      Management doesn't not communicate. There is no communication between departments. It is a VERY cut throat atmosphere. Management does not know the daily tasks that need to be completed, instead management dumps their work load on others.
