I got to work out of the office, benefits were nice. I enjoyed the vacation time and how they set that up.

Cons

Management is influenced by a coworker who she favored. Always harassing me without hearing the other side. I was doing twice as much work and coworker was harassing me because I was making her look bad, in which she and our manager was trying to hinder my work and beat my spirit. 2 bad eggs in a department can really force the good out.
