Opportunity to develop and manufacture Medical Devices for patients

Cons

Under the new quality leadership, the organization’s culture has notably DECLINED. Since my tenure began, I have not observed the company in such a challenging state. External consulting firms now drive much of the management, leading to widespread employee fatigue and disengagement. Attrition has steadily risen, currently reaching a concerning 20%.

Getting to work with other passionate employees who really seem to care about what we do. The company has great people but we're not valued at all.

Cons

Managers who shouldn't be over a dog, yet alone people. Some of the laziest, rudest, uninspiring managers I've ever worked with. There's a reason why there's so many job openings... we're all looking to leave.

Overall, Integra is a great company filled with amazing people.

Cons

Major Supply issues, with little to no communication from Regional Managers to employees. Very hard to build new business while maintaining trust and credibility
