Pros

Work is always satisfying and a lot of great people to work with.

Cons

Executive leadership looking to move fast. Sometimes feels like too fast and can be concerning for lower management and employees.

Pros

Most of the people are nice. The work is usually easy. The expectations are really low making it a low stress job.

Cons

Management turnover is extremely high both from people leaving and people getting fired. It takes a really long time for empty management positions to be filled which leaves very little direction for employees and a state of organized chaos. HR is outsourced to corporate and getting individual attention and straight, honest answers to your questions requires an immense amount of effort. There is not a lot of focus on skill development. This is probably because corporate's only focus is on reaching a large financial goal (a goal they've been chasing for years). It leaves your career kind of stagnant unless you're extremely persistent about finding your own new opportunities. There is no opportunity for upward mobility. All management positions are filled from the outside. For that reason this company only acts as a stepping stone for most people. Layoffs have started taking with them some of the more senior employees - people who have worked here for years when the normal tenure seems to be 1-3 years - while many temps are keeping their jobs. It doesn't make much sense to eliminate the employees who know the most about how this company runs and the products and it makes you wonder who is next.
