Great potential, mediocre management.

Good company making life saving products. Great people. A company with great future.

Cons

The following only applies to Tullamore, Ireland operations. Training is poor, benefits are almost none, no bonus, no chance of advancement, management is appalling and some even bullies. No work ethics, just overworked for low wages. Over 25% of highly qualified staff leave every year. People are not encouraged to speak up, on the contrary, shouted at and treated like small kids by plant management.

- Committed to improving the lives of patients & families: "Doing Well by Doing Good" - Unsurpassed leadership: Very engaged franchise leaders and C-Suite--truly invested in their employees develop - Phenomenal HR department: Devises plans & quickly executes - Welcoming, diverse & inclusive culture, truly impressed with the caliber of employees & overall employee engagement

Cons

Employee stock purchase plan seems to be a re-occurring topic during town hall meetings and will need to be addressed in order to retain our talent pool. Most employees are aware that the stock purchase plan will be revised but like everything is our world, most are looking for immediate action. The other benefits offered by Integra are generous and on or above the standard at flourishing or established Med device companies. The pros clearly outweigh this singular issue.
