      you get paid every two weeks, some people talk intelligently

      Cons

      negative work environment, poor team work, highly unskilled labor, no professionalism, cover-ups rather than finding root cause and correcting it, they are experts at the blame game, poor engineering and quality support poor understand of good manufacturing practices
