There isn't really any. The staff are great, but are badly let down by mangement

Cons

Poor pay, no benefits, appalling management, trmerrible attitude, I think managerment are afraid to stand up as if they are seen to step out of line they will get sacked

Pros

Your co-workers make working there bearable. Free bagels on Fridays and coffee everyday is a definite plus. During the summer for a couple of months, they have a ice cream truck come around for free ice cream.

Cons

The salaries are definitely not competitive as they claim. They need to focus on hiring better talent and get rid of the dead weight. They also need to improve their training program for their customer service group.
