Pros

they have an incredible support staff. They are easy to talk to over the phone and have quick problem solving skills.

Cons

a few different branches that need to communicate better with one another to surpass confusion between rep, management and customer service. need to be a bit better about having a full inventory ready to go to the field

Pros

Great opportunity to delve into other area's of my profession, learning new skills, business techniques and supplier evaluation - building on relationships and developing those that align well with the business model you're actively working under. Employees in general play well in the company sandbox.

Cons

Management did / does not embrace it's human capital, they mislead for their own benefit and this created a lot of disenchantment and created a sense of disregard with the employees. This all in turn created a sense of "who cares because management doesn't", an internal disease that can debilatate a company, spreads quickly and affects everyone - eventually reaching the customer level.

Pros

An organisation with great opportunities for professional and personal growth in support of the fast growing structures and functions that go through regular phases of change. Salary and perks are on the higher side of average.

Cons

Too many change management cycles and projects that by what is missing in the briefings and/or is not disclosed appear to be not fully evaluated in terms of feasibility (ROI, cost benefit analysis, risk evaluation, process flow analysis, sourcing analysis and readiness report, etc). Also other impacts by extension such as non linear (outside of critical path planning sequences/strings), non financial impacts appear to be not fullly considered such as downtime for functional staff, scheduling impacts, opportunity cost, etc.
