      Competitive salary, bagels on pay days

      Absolutely no training!! You have to literally beg people for their time and when you finally get it the training is minimal at best - you are left to your own devices to figure things out and when things go sideways you are the first person to be blamed! There are no training manuals to refer to and there is a lack of cooperation on a daily basis. I was flown back to corporate HQ for training and it took AR over 2 months to reimburse my expenses!! Often times issues go unattended for weeks at a time.

      Peers were great to work with.

      Cons

      Management completely out of touch with reality, weekly meetings with upper management were hysterical, peers would joke about what we were told during these meetings as compared to the reality of what we had to work with. There was absolutely no faith that management knew what they were talking about or what direction we were given by them. The company fails to learn by their mistakes, front line employees know all about the disasters we are headed into, but management ignores the facts and continues to forge forward on this mis-information.
