Working with people who care about products and patients. Making a difference with patients. Being able to meet different challenges daily.

Cons

Working with many groups that find saying "no" easier then actually doing what is needed. No appreciation for going the extra mile. Do your job and nothing more attitude.

Pros

Encouraged to think of your territory as your own franchise. You have to do so much yourself, without a ready support system, you actually learn alot.

Cons

Management changes priorities at least twice a year and can't seem to decide which products in the Neuro division they want to focus on. Neuro marketing is practically non-existent and is a ridiculous joke. Turnover is high. Product prices are high and you are expected to sell the value on commodity products for dural repair.
