I started working here and within two months my manager and the quality director were fired. Then they had the plant manager become the site quality lead only for him to quit three months later . A month after that I was told my position is being terminated due to a restructuring within the organization. The high turnover in leadership, lack of quality strategy, changing priorities without communicating out to the teams in the midst of the FDA warning letter and sudden lay offs make this an extremely unstable environment to work in. Beware, they attract you with a high compensation only to let you go because they no longer need your position within less than 6 months of hire .
