Getting to work with other passionate employees who really seem to care about what we do. The company has great people but we're not valued at all.

Cons

Managers who shouldn't be over a dog, yet alone people. Some of the laziest, rudest, uninspiring managers I've ever worked with. There's a reason why there's so many job openings... we're all looking to leave.

The culture is trash. Constantly feel like an outsider, people stay in there click. Very rude. Someone called me fat there, some man keeps constantly touching me inappropriately and I was too scared to say anything.
