      Literally there not one positive thing to say about Integra.

      Cons

      Leadership positions lead by fear, threats, and intimidation. Integra does not care about the patients, they only care about making a profit. They pay their employees well because there is so much turnover and anyone that has a brain leaves after seeing how the company treats people. A TRUE NIGHTMARE.

      Pros

      Tons of pros here. PTO amount is about double of average, pay and raises are good, lots of benefit options (even pet insurance), big variety of expensive equipment to learn and use, wise and caring supervisors. The list goes on.

      Cons

      Overall almost everyone seems pretty happy with the place currently. Although, the plant manager is currently a good one, whereas the past ones have not been the best. That must be where these other bad reviews originate. The only big con that I see is that the place can be too lenient with people, which can allow work to fall back from lazy workers. Additionally, seems to make some ungrateful for this place, which also leads to these bad reviews.
