They established themselves in the woundcare space and set the bar, which has allowed them to expand into other spaces like neuro, surgical reconstruction & nerve repair. Had a some key acquisitions that have helped keep them in the game.

Cons

No really game changing advancements. Anything in the past 10 years they've developed in-house has struggled getting to market, due either poor development and/or poor marketing strategy. Managerial advancements tend to be more who has cozied up to upper management enough and just be a "yes" man.
