Very poor management and supervisors are particularly poor as advanced through promotion with no training or qualifications in leadership hence no idea how to lead a team to success management mainly uninterested in employees development and advancement promotion is non existent generally management want employees to do as they are told and not to speak up or ask questions and take on more work than reasonable on low income with little rewards in compensation as yearly review generally leads to a 2 per cent increase which is pathetic

No learning or very poor learning curve No promotions Poor building facilities (heat and A/c - probably 50 years old system in a 50+ year old building) Unorganized system Paper based system. No technology or technical apps used.
