      Outsourcing!!! Beware

      Good pay, 401k match and good benefits.

      Cons

      They’re outsourcing. After working there for almost 5 years, we were notified in March of this year that they were laying off our department and outsourcing all of our jobs to Genpact who has remote employees from India. Some people worked there for more than 10 years and were getting ready to retire in a few years and they didn’t even care. All they care about is revenue.
