Great products, still in M&A mode so growth will continue , appears like an attractive to place to work from the outside

As long asthe founder controls things behind the curtain, the antiquated ELT centric culture will not change. People are handpicked for roles and the senior leadership team grossly under impressive. Most are GE Healthcare flunkies. No diversity in thought or makeup of the team.
