      Pros

      In general the Dublin location is great to work at. The teams are nice, management is engaged and hardworking. Location is perfect as it is near a giant mall. Expectations are clear. Salary is decent.

      Cons

      Unfortunately Integra has no care for CS Reps and has gone through firing bouds multiple times. You are never truly sure of a job with them, because just as easily they decide to close the center and try something else. No thank you, no nothing.
