Pros

Good place to make connections Generally pretty flexible, wfh policy is loose and depends on your managements expectations

Cons

The business is not doing great and as a result many of us are underpaid/low to market and we’ve seen layoffs happen almost yearly

There are a lot of meh people who are just looking out for themselves. Senior leadership has no market sense or technology understanding. I don’t think this company will last
