Pros

Only 6 weeks in but everyone here has been so welcoming and supportive with questions. Onboarding has been very smooth. It's hard to get a full picture of the company working from home, but there's a real sense of care for employees and competitive team spirit.

Cons

It's been harder to gain shadowing experience and get to know my immediate team better since we're working from home, but I'd rather that then risk the virus right now.

- Most people are fantastic and it's a joy to work there. - Good bonus and pay - Lots of learning on the job

Cons

- toxic people are promoted and allowed to stay - Leadership all comes from Yahoo...just shows that this is a company where it is about WHO you know not WHAT you know.
