Integral was recently acquired by an investment firm, and things have changed for the worst. The company I originally knew 4 years ago is no more, and everything is about the bottom line. Upper management is out of touch with mid-junior staff, and there is no opportunity for career development. Integral has big growth plans from the recent acquisition, which is obvious by the number of people they are hiring. The flip side is that they aren’t making quality hires anymore and aren’t promoting internally. Recent changes to senior and director level staff leave mid-junior staff frustrated and most of the quality staff are fleeing. Compensation package is mediocre. 401k is 3% match, raise of 3-5% every year and bonuses between $1500-$2000. Stock options are only given to consultant level or higher. You probably wont make more than $100,000/yr unless you’re at the senior level or above.
