Pros
Integral really tried to hire the best of the best and is an especially good place to work for highly technical consultants with specialized areas of expertise. Salaries for higher level staff are higher than most firms - very good benefits and work life balance.
Cons
As the company has grown, it has had a hard time developing and keeping junior staff. In an effort to expand business areas, senior management have made some missteps at the expense of junior staff. Can also be a little too lax on time off or flexible schedules which can impact coworkers. Not enough business savvy senior folks.
