Pros

Free lunch Immigration support, only h1b though

Cons

Code is disgusting, and senior managers still thinks their old way are best. Management like to run by fear, they do not tell you doing good or bad, but they random fire people to give you pressure. According to official saying, they just want to the best people. That's wrong, environment creates people. This only create chaos in the team, people don't want to help each other and how this improves overall company value. Overall they do not care you as a person, they think you as a working machine. Should follow the instructions, if not replace with another resource.

Pros

Company offfers stellar benefits (except for 401K matching, ironic deficiency as in all other aspects of comp, it competes very well with other tech companies in SV ). Projects are challenging, but stimulating. Led by exceptionally smart individuals, some are very respected in the Wall Street Technology field and have established themselves as pillars of that industry.

Cons

Long hours and you are always being challenged to retool yourselves Big issue is that even after 20+ years in business, the company is acting as though it is still in a start-up mode. Firm priorities shifts as often and quickly at Integral as the wind direction in the San Francisco Bay. Unfortunately, the downturn in foreign currency trading volatility and volume recently have led the management to side more with the banks and brokers that may not have the best intentions for the overall well being of the foreign currency market and its investors. Company grew significantly with a strong backwind driving its course until last year, but frequent tacking to change its course have diminished its forward inertia recently.

Pros

Good business model to start with Lots of potential (if the right initiatives and investments are made)

Cons

Out-dated technology stack Polarized work environment - most or all engineers are imported from India No career growth or employee development Management and leaders are insecure, negative, defensive, insensitive and reactive No team spirit; translates visibly to an "each one for themselves" attitude and generally out-of-sync with each other with an air of distrust It's a one hit wonder not willing to evolve and redefine themselves or take on new ideas Still claims to work like a start-up, but all employees do not have a profit sharing or stock option
