Pros
Somehow really upset about the erroneous statements made by others. Integral has a flat organization and if you want to make a difference and see the results of your work, this is a company you should have on your shortlist. On the other hand, if you prefer to show up every day, and be one of thousands of other engineers with little attribution, go work for the big brands in Silicon Valley. And, it’s not only free lunch but free food including a free lunch!
Cons
It’s a mid-size company so good and bad decisions are more noticeable than in the big firms but management is trying to do the right thing. Communication could be better but that’s true for most places I worked for.
