Intense Sales standards

Pros

Residents and their families are a joy to work with.

Cons

Unrealistic sales expectations. Too many layers at the corporate level from people out of touch with market areas. Paid lead sources are not conducive to people who can live independently. People who need assisted living are pushed into hotel style living where it hard to move around.

Understaffed to the point that if an employee calls off sick, every employee is affected, usually only has 1-2 employees on staff per department (3-5 departments)
