Lots of hours and OT but don't stay stuck is only a couple months job.

Cons

Residents are out of control in the memory care unit. Is more of a 51/50 more than a memory care.

Solstice has many communities to manage

Cons

Solstice is a start up company . They've taken over many buildings that were formerly Holiday Retirement. This company comes in like bull in China closet No respect for the seniors that live there. New Executive Director has no idea how to work with seniors. This building went from a loving family environment to a regular apt (high rent) building with not enough security.
