I truly look forward to coming to work every day because Integral Senior Living values it's employees and rewards both big and small accomplishments. I feel celebrated and enjoy celebrating my co-workers as well. All the cliches about "we're a team" or "we're a family" are actually applicable here! From the top down, compassion for one another and genuine care for why we're in this business of senior living, shines through. There is a special culture at Integral Senior Living and its ethos touches every element of the company from honoring a work/life balance, to recognizing smart work, to supporting our colleagues. I am fortunate to work here and feel proud to be part of the team.

Cons

Is it the special excursions to the beach or the fabulous holiday parties or the spontaneous "thank you" gift cards? No. Is it the charitable giving to the community or helping seniors live their dream? Nope. There truly are no cons about Integral Senior Living!!!!

The culture, the leadership, the people. Here it's not just pretty posters with pithy positive catchphrases. I came in and realized within the first week that the inclusive, encouraging and positive culture permeates from the top leaders all the way down to line associates.

Cons

Our work with residents is deeply emotional as we create vibrant communities. Having long-term working relationships with our residents means that our associates experience real life alongside them in our communities - the celebratory highs as well as the sad lows when a resident moves on. Fortunately our associates are professionals and are provided with the training and support to bring their authentic selves to everything they do.
