Pros

The culture of Integral Senior Living enables all of us -- in a regional role or community position -- to be successful and change so many lives because ISL puts so much support behind us. It's a culture of team caring and individual accountability.

Cons

Because we have a lot of autonomy and self-responsibility, occasionally we could benefit from a little more communications infrastructure (like a full-on MS Teams environment) to keep us all moving at the same pace
