I started working with ISL in 2015. I am proud to say that i have been promoted two times during my employment with ISl. My review headline states best company I have ever worked for. There are many reasons for this: 1) I love the companies culture. It is one that makes sense and builds on to the community level to be a stand out. 2) The home office team of HR, Regionals, VP's and President/CEO are all accessible and always there to support. I have never worked for a company that values there staff the way that ISl does. They really do care. They don't just say they do because they think it it the right thing to do. They listen and help when needed. I am very thankful and appreciative to be a part of the ISl team. I have worked for other companies and can really speak to what ISl has to offer and it really is a place I can call home. I am proud of this company and what it does for the seniors that I am helping.
