Pros

Instilling the company culture in all associates is a priority for Integral Senior Living. Management empowers the Directors at the community level to make the decisions that they feel are best for the associates, residents and families. They equip the Communities and front line associates with the systems and tools necessary to provide the highest quality of life to the residents.

Cons

While each of the systems are adequate on there own, lack of system integration requires duplicate entries.

Pros

Freedom to run my community in a way that suits us best. Policies and guidelines are in place for the frame work but flexibility is allowed so we are not a cookie cutter community. I have great regional support with no micromanaging. CEO is very smart and affable.

Cons

Only one nurse in AL/MC which can be a challenge since ED and nurse are on-call 24/7.
