-Easy, repetitive work -Good pay for day-to-day difficulty -Genial coworkers -Good opportunities for cross training and learning other aspects of the business.

Cons

-Easy, repetitive work. -Unclear promotion criteria, usually given to those with tenure. Promotion only possible if a position exists. -Frequent equipment outages that make work significantly more difficult. -Some associates take advantage of hands-off leadership style, ensuring some associates work harder than others in order to meet deadlines.

Excellent stepping stone into a career in the Biomedical Industry. Met a lot of great people through working here.

Cons

No lateral growth available in any sector. Once you get in you will not see a difference in benefits or pay unless you commit 10+ years to the company, partially blamed on size of facility and lack of investment in employees. Compensation is not competitive to industry standards.
