Well respected company that produces great quality products

Cons

Extreme top down management. Management doesn't consult folks on the ground and in the labs to find out what works and what doesn't. Too much emphasis on Salesforce..........so much so they could care less about the customer. Danaher puts unrealistic sales expectations on the sales teams every year.

Benefits have greatly improved since acquisition by Danaher. Many departments are very relaxed while also able to hold employees accountable.

Cons

Not every department is great, a specific small department is lead by a male manager who should have better managerial skills, especially toward his employees.
