Pros

I enjoyed working with my coworkers. It’s a good company to get your foot in the biotech industry because they love hiring fresh graduates.

Cons

The pay and benefits were just okay. A lot of management aren’t really fit for their jobs. It’s a high throughout laboratory so most of the “science” jobs are repetitive, boring, and lack challenge.

I gained a lot of experience from this position outside of college. I however, didn't work on the main floor. Great benefits with a manager and coworkers easy to get along with.

Cons

Pay isn't the best due to the location. Recently bought by a larger corporation which can lack some transparency at times.
