      Pros

      I gained a lot of technical experience at this job. I was an engineering student during my time there so I gained hands-on experience while learning how to maintain and repair the machines in the lab.

      Cons

      There wasn't a clear path to promotion in becoming a Tech II so career advancement was not a guarantee.
