      Relatively good place to work at

      Pros

      - warm, friendly environment with supportive colleagues - no need to take work back home - relatively simple job if you put in effort to learn - nice assistant managers / managers who will take care of you - great stepping stone in biotech industry / for first careers - easily one of, if not the HIGHEST paying company in the industry for a production technician - benefits and welfare aplenty

      Cons

      - career progression may be slow - quite routine tasks - management has recently changed so changes may take time to take effect - lack of manpower on certain days, management not open to hiring extra headcount currently - company is very sales-driven/profit-driven - management is quite shortsighted in terms of planning

      Growing, management is changing, PTO.

      Cons

      Very US focused, difficulty seeing beyond their belly button. Communication from leadership/management is lacking, they play favorites.
