Nice work environment where people treat each other with respect. Worked in a great team, and my manager was a great guy! Awesome PTO package Great work/life balance

Cons

A lot of long-term employees make it a little bit hard to get a promotion into a management job.

Pros

Good products. Most of staff truly believes in the products. CEO dedicated to the science, not the money.

Cons

Very little ability to move laterally or vertically. No training for new management, so many inexperienced managers in charge, since it seems seniority is the only way to move up. Used to be a relaxed work environment but not anymore due to company changes.
